2009 Klausman Scholarship Available to Women Business Students
The Zonta Club of Corvallis is offering one $2,400 Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship to a woman undergraduate studying business. The winner is also eligible for district and national Klausman scholarships. Applications are due April 30, 2009.
2009 OSU/LBCC Scholarship Applications Available
The Zonta Club of Corvallis is offering ten $2,400 scholarships to eligible OSU and Linn Benton students. Applications are due March 27, 2009.
2009 Young Women in Public Affairs Award
A $1,000 scholarship available to pre-college women.
The application deadline is March 16, 2009.

2009 OSU/LBCC Scholarship Applications Available
Zonta Service Foundation of Corvallis is accepting applications for its 2009-2010 scholarships. 10 scholarships are being offered. Applications are Due March 27, 2009. (postmark or received)
One scholarship is reserved for a female student focused on a career in Technology, Engineering or Science. A grant of $800 each quarter will be made available to help cover tuition, fees, books, and supplies charged to a recipient’s account at either Linn Benton Community College or Oregon State University. For degree partnership students, the total payment can be divided between the two institutions.

Applicants for the 2009-2010 scholarships must:
1. Be currently enrolled undergraduate students at Linn Benton Community College or Oregon State University who have resumed their studies after a minimum one-year break in their education.
Preference will be given to older-than-average students, students with family responsibilities, and those with financial need.
2. Have demonstrated an interest in working to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health or professional status of women or have demonstrated a willingness to work in a job or profession involving the welfare of children and women.
3. Be full-time (minimum of 9 credits) students enrolled at LBCC or OSU making satisfactory academic progress.
4. Those applying for the M.K. Rusnak Scholarship must be female and at least second year students focused on a career in technology, engineering, or science.
